The Christian Alphabet Book

The Christian Alphabet Book by The Christian Alphabet™ is a creative way of sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. Within the artwork of each letter, the reader discovers a special word. For example, “G” is for God, “H” is for Heaven, and “P” is for Pray.

The Christian Alphabet Book is an interactive family book. In a visual way, the book teaches 26 simple truths of Christianity. “Love,” the dove from above, guides you through each letter and gives you a fun activity to reinforce each lesson. Each lesson ends with a prayer. Look inside to see the “Seek and you shall find” section for young children as well as an appendix for adults, which explains the more than 100 symbols in the artwork.

This book combines my love for teaching with my love for art and brings families together to pray and to learn.

The Christian Alphabet Book won the 2013 Book of the Year from The Small Christian Publisher’s Association.

Look what people are saying about The Christian Alphabet Book:

“-this book is a visual delight for children. At first glance, I thought this might be on the *young* side for my 8 year old, but once we started reading; I realized how wonderfully this appealed to her.
We have started using this during our night prayer and it is a wonderful addition. …it does not overload the child with information, just simple yet profound beautiful truths pertaining to our Faith. I recommend this to all parents who are striving to instill a sense of awe, appreciation for God’s Word and the awareness of God’s presence, not just at prayer time…but throughout the entire day.”

“Delightfully illustrated and spiritual food for the Domestic Church. Those are the words that encapsulate my review of the book. ”I thought I was receiving a children’s book, I quickly realized that it is a whole family book. Much more than a book to teach your preschooler the alphabet, this is a tool that will become a family heirloom – seriously.
…it is important to note that it is for all Christian families. It is entirely Christo-centric, teaching families about the loving God who sent His Son, our Savior. I cannot recommend this book enough.”

“Breaking down concepts and virtues into understandable lessons…The way the book is designed makes it versatile enough to use with multiple ages, and it is well-suited for family read aloud time.
The Christian Alphabet Book is a very hands-on book. There are many opportunities for further activities and questions for parents to discuss with children. Younger kids will be able to flip through, look at the pictures, and recognize the letters. Older kids can learn from the text and use it as a devotional or Bible study tool…best suited for parents and children to enjoy and interact with together. By Learning Table
The Christian Alphabet Book by Tracy Sands is beautiful inside and out. The stunning artwork further deepens the tremendous meaning behind the text. Guided by “Love,” the dove from above, readers follow from A to Z through a spiritual alphabet that is complemented by definitions, symbols, prayers, Bible verses, poems and songs. I highly recommend this book to Christian families and educators everywhere. Cheryl C. Malandrinos “johnnycat15” (Western Mass)

Wonderful book to read to your children, November 27, 2012
This is the most wonderful and amazing little book for kids. The illustrations are beautiful, with vivid details and awesome colors to attract your child’s attention. Well, it attracted my attention too. I love, love reading this book! I really can’t say enough about this wonderful book, from the front and back covers and all of the pages in between, there is no way you can go wrong. By ibjoy1953
The overall message is to love God and love others, as Jesus taught us. Although written for children, the lessons are for all ages. “No matter how old we are, we need to be reminded that Jesus always loves us and He promises us eternal life if we believe in Him and follow Him.” -Debby Giusti (Christian author of over 12 books)

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL ILLUSTRATED BOOK. EACH PAGE IS FILLED WITH ELEGANT DETAILS IN EVERY PICTURE IN THIS BOOK. AT FIRST I THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE A BOOK TO TEACH A YOUNG CHILD THEIR ABC’S BUT, I WAS TOTALLY SURPRISED WHEN I RECEIVED IT. MIND YOU I WASN’T DISAPPOINTED. THIS IS A GOOD SUPPLEMENT FOR A CHURCH SCHOOL, HOMESCHOOL, AND ANY CHRISTIAN FAMILY. THIS WOULD ALSO BE A GREAT GIFT FOR A CHILD OR AN EXPECTING MOTHER.

“I appreciate the mission of the company: “ to make God more talked about, more thought about, and more known by using The Christian Alphabet™ in different ways”. I also appreciate their emphasis on teaching the basics of Christianity as this is something that not only children, but seeking adults, can glean from. We now have a beautiful product in our hands- a book that my daughters will cherish in their collection of faith books for years to come.”

Learning the alphabet is one of the first things a child learns in school. Why not connect the alphabet to something eternal? Instead of A is for Apple, why not teach our children A is for Always in relation to God’s love for us. …the contents of the book can be used for several age groups:
    • Babies and Preschool aged Children will be drawn to the two-page colored layout and drawings for each letter. While this age group won’t tune in to all that is shared on the page, they will learn the basic concept of the various topics, including God, Love, Pray, and Quiet. This will make a great addition to my Sunday School class teaching materials.
    • Elementary aged Children will learn as they listen (and read as they get older). The content on the page isn’t too lengthy. Even a 7 year old will be able to understand most of what is taught on these pages, including the need for a Savior, saying Yes to Jesus, and the importance of the Nativity. The child will ‘seek and find’ pictures on the page, helping him to remember what he’s learned.
    • Teenagers and Adults will even enjoy learning things from this book, as it can be a prompt to dig a little deeper and discuss the topics shared, such as Faith and God being Omnipotent. They can even read this to the younger crowd, knowing that they are helping them learn things of God.
